He runs manufacturing operations at WS Audiology, a global leader in the hearing aid industry. During my recent visit to WSA's regional headquarters in Singapore, I met with Marcin Dabrowski, director of manufacturing. In 2019, he jumped at the opportunity to join hearing aid manufacturing at the WSA Singapore headquarters, where he also relocated with his family. Starting as a senior manager, he quickly rose to a position overseeing manufacturing operations at the Singapore facility, where he manages WSA's global product volume. She's been greeted with hugs from strangers at the biannual convention for people with Williams syndrome, which make her "feel like a rockstar." That's common for those with Williams syndrome, said Mary Van Haneghan, the executive director of the WSA. Online environments can be difficult for people with Williams syndrome to navigate, says Joel Liestman, the director of family support at the WSA. She sees Williams syndrome as a gift and believes everyone could learn more empathy from those with the condition. He has had two relationships with women with Williams syndrome, but in both cases they didn't work out.

Commodity traders said full loads could now be taken on by ships along the entire river in Germany. German industry is finding new ways to transport cargoes from coal to chemicals as increasingly frequent low water levels on the Rhine disrupt Europe's largest economy, major cargo shippers told Reuters. The Rhine is an important shipping route for commodities such as grains, minerals, coal and oil products, including heating oil. German companies faced supply bottlenecks and production problems in the summer of 2022 after a drought and heat wave led to unusually low water levels on the Rhine.

Miguel Cardona reiterated that student-loan payments will resume this year. It will happen 60 days after June 30, or 60 days after the Supreme Court issues a decision on Biden's debt relief. Oral arguments on Biden's plan to cancel student debt concluded on Tuesday. This means that student-loan payments could resume in September at the latest, and as of now, that could happen even if the Supreme Court strikes down Biden's debt relief plan. Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley told Insider on Tuesday that she will push for payments to remain on pause until borrowers get relief.
